Samsung SDS has established a regional office in Brazil to provide better reliable IT services in South America.
SDSA (SDSAmerica) Brazil regional office in San Paulo employs total of fourteen IT staffs, assuming various IT responsibilities for subsidiaries of Samsung group to offer complete IT services in a timely manner, therefore, improving customer satisfaction.

Joo-Won Park, president of SDSA, Jong-Won Park, president of Samsung Electronics in Central & South America and many others participated in the opening ceremony.
SDSA Brazil regional office (SDSB) which employs total of fourteen IT staffs will start the operation by first assuming IT services for Samsung Electronics in Brazil office then expanding throughout the South America.
By establishing new regional office in Brazil will allow Samsung SDS to offer complete IT services to 7 electronic divisions in South America therefore, will improve the customer service. This will be an ideal opportunity to develop and grow IT staffs that will help us to provide quality services
In addition, it will minimize IT cost and improve service quality by utilizing overseas operation effectively. This will help to grow and put into a better position in the global Samsung business.
