Exhibit highlights vision to become a "Global e-Partner" by 2010

Samsung SDS today announced plans to showcase its enterprise offerings at this year's Fall COMDEX 2002 in Las Vegas, NV from November 18 to 22, 2002, at booth 2708 in the North Hall. The booth's theme, "Upgrade your business with Samsung SDS," focuses on Samsung SDS' proven software and services and its vision of becoming a "Global e-Partner." Samsung SDS was initially developed to integrate all of Samsung Group's affiliated companies by establishing a permanent information management system that helped power the group's turnaround in the last decade. Samsung SDS is ranked as the fourth largest global IT service provider in the Asia-Pacific market (by Gartner Dataquest research), employing 6,700 people worldwide, and generating US$ 1.02 billion in its revenues.

- eService - A total IT management service for SMEs that seek performance advantages and cost-efficiency through the strategic outsourcing of their IT infrastructure.
