Samsung SDS, signed a Agreement of IT Outsourcing with
Samsung Austin Semiconductor,
semiconductor manufacturing company located in Ausin,
Texas.
Samsung SDS America will provide single source turn-key
IT services such as Application and System Management
Service,
Facility Management, IT Planning Service, Groupware
Implementation and Management service, and Software
development
to Samsung Ausin Semiconductor for 3 years.
