Master Agreement of IT Outsourcing with
Samsung Semiconductor, Inc which is located in San Jose,
California.
Samsung SDS America willprovide single source turn-key
IT services such as Application and System Management
Service, Facility Management, IT Planning Service, Groupware
Implementation and Management service, and Software
development to Samsung SEmiconductor, Inc for 2 years.
